If you would like to order a trap from us, please use this form to begin the order process.

Once we receive your order information, we will send you a "confirmation e-mail" to confirm your order and provide you with the total amount due for your order (including shipping, California Sales Tax on orders shipped to a California address along with payment information).

Your order will not be shipped until payment has been received or other billing arrangements have been made with the management.

2. Select from the drop down menu the number of the item you want to order .

Shipping and handling, along with any special services / requests (California Sales Tax added to orders shipped to a California address) will be reflected in the "confirmation e-mail" you receive. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.

This e-mail will provide you with the total amount due for your order (including shipping and any applicable Sales Tax if shipped to a California address) and provide you with payment information..: NOTE: If you would like a copy of your request, you can use your Browser PRINT to print a copy.
